During a video call, your camera, microphone audio and a few still frames are streamed to our video-call provider so Mike can see and hear the problem and answer you. We store call transcripts, a still frame from each call, a recording of the call, and any step-by-step guides made for you, so you can find them later in the app. An anonymous install identifier links this data to your device. We do not ask for your name, email or location.
Only to run the service: answering on the call, making your guides, showing your history, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Video calls, speech and video generation run on Vidu (ShengShu Technology). Guide planning and call summaries use AI models through OpenRouter. Hosting is on Cloudflare. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card.
Delete any call or guide in the app, or delete everything from Settings → Delete my data. Data is otherwise kept while you use the app. Questions: support@labforatlas.com.
